Check out Arena's new BOM Manager

Arena Solutions, maker of cloud-based BOM management tools, has just released a cool new part saver app that uses the Octopart API for automatic lookups. The product is called PartsList and they're offering it free for six months to all Octopart users. To get the deal, just follow this link:

The tool is a lightweight webapp designed for BOM management in the cloud. You can import a list of parts from a CSV file and then click "autofill" to have Octopart automatically populate the list. Or you can install a bookmarklet and click on it to add parts directly from a distributor's site. The bookmarklet even works on Octopart part detail pages! Once your parts are in Arena's tool you can manage and share them very easily. I've been playing with it for the past few days and it's incredibly useful so I encourage you to give it a try.
