Alex Sapp Joins Octopart!

Octopart is pleased to announce and welcome Alex Sapp as our newest team member!

As the Director of API Commercial Strategy, Alex will validate and optimize our API's market and product strategy. The API is a key strategy for Octopart and the Nexar business unit, where Octopart plays an important role. Alex will be expanding and forging close relationships with our new and existing API partners.

Alex has over 25 years of experience in the world of electronics. His various roles throughout his career have provided him with a deep, empathetic understanding of the interrelationships of OEMs, ODMs, EMS’, Distribution, and Component manufacturers.

Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, having studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. He holds various other certificates in the areas of analytics, quality, and compliance. Alex lives with his lovely wife and son in Southern California. Please feel free to email him to learn more.
