Olaf Zinke is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Altium, where he focuses on tools and workflows for managing the electronic product development process. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the electronics industry, beginning as an IC design engineer developing mixed-signal automotive chips, then moving into electronic design automation (EDA) as a specialist in analog/mixed-signal verification, where he helped architect Cadence's Virtuoso AMS Designer simulator and contributed to the Verilog-AMS language. Over his career, he has held engineering, product marketing, and technical sales roles at Cadence, Synopsys, ON Semiconductor, and Vishay across North America and Europe. Olaf is the author of The Designer's Guide to Verilog-AMS (Springer) and holds nine patents.
