The video begins by renaming the workspace, adding a description, and viewing the server location for the workspace data and the URL. Once changes are made, users are instructed to log out and log back into the workspace to view those changes. Any permissions set for a folder will also apply to the children's folders within that top folder. Users are able to select specific items for deletion or delete all of the items, once the projects and components are removed. In order to batch delete items, a confirmation is also required.
