In this video, I will show you how you can check to see if someone has permissions to download a file from a project. I'm going to go to the three radial dots. I will go ahead and click the share button. You'll see who this project is already shared with. But the advanced settings are going to allow me to see who can download the files and who cannot.
00:00:30:02 - 00:00:53:05
So if both of these are checked, then the viewers in the workspace and viewers outside of the workspace would be able to download files from the project. If you change the permissions, you will want to click the update button in order for them to take effect.
00:00:53:06 - 00:01:02:07
So if I open up this project.
00:01:02:08 - 00:01:19:09
And I have permissions to download the schematic file. You'll see this download button available and you can click on it. At this point any one of these files I would be able to download or the entire zip.
00:01:19:10 - 00:01:30:03
And notice now that zip file, I can save it off into my downloads if I like, and just click the save button.
