Octopart Part Search for OrCAD Capture

A few years ago, we teamed up with Cadence to offer a part search tool for OrCAD Capture CIS. As OrCAD has grown and evolved, we're delighted to take the relationship to the next level with the Octopart Part Search App.

With the app installed, design engineers can now access part information from directly within OrCAD Capture -- including pricing and quantity in stock, as well as datasheets, reference designs, eval kits and free sample requests where available.

This new Cadence app comes on the heels of the extension we just released for Altium Designer, as well as the Octopart Part Lookup app for Autodesk PLM360 and our integration in Arena Solutions' Supplier Item Lookup in their BOMControl tool.
