As you may have noticed: we recently rolled out a new design update for Octopart.com. It's another step in our master plan to connect our engineers and distributors!

The fresh look simplifies the search experience and additional enhancements improve filtering capabilities, enabling a better, faster search experience.

What you can expect:

Redesigned Homepage

  • Our sign-in navigation has improved, streamlining access to your free account on Octopart. Did you know that once you are signed in, you can configure your personalized dashboard, note your preferences, and quickly reference the watchlist and saved BOMs?  You can also unlock a full view of the 12-month inventory history as well as alternate parts. 

  • We have made it easier for you to shop by your favorite manufacturer or distributor by including their logos, so you can quickly access their part inventory and specs.

New Search Experience

We heard your feedback and simplified the search process. Searching for parts is a breeze with expandable and collapsible filters, clearer specifications and pricing, and a more pronounced offer table to view products more easily.

Updated Product Pages

  • We are improving the user experience with our engineers in mind by increasing visibility for the parts you need. No more scrolling around the site when there are out-of-stock parts with alternate parts being presented front and center.

  • Ensure your design meets regulations by quickly referencing compliance standards from the part detail page.

Our latest redesign is only the beginning! We will roll out more user-friendly features to improve your search experience, helping you find the information you need quickly and efficiently.
