How Breville Innovates 4x Faster with Altium Breville is an Australian company founded in Sydney in 1932. It is best known for its home appliances, specifically blenders, coffee machines, toasters, kettles, microwaves, and toaster ovens. The fast-paced consumer electronics business requires a high degree of flexibility and speed, which is why Breville decided to invest in tools that can help them scale and innovate quicker. 28:11 Using Version Control in Your PCB Project Webinar Version control has been a staple of software development for decades, but hardware development can benefit just as much from a version control system (VCS). Traditionally, VCS has been managed locally tying you down to a workplace, but advances in cloud technology have removed that limitation. 35:23 Altium 365: Real-Time Sharing and Collaboration Whether you are an individual designer or a team of people, there are always others in the value chain that you rely on to turn your design from intent to reality. Making this happen means you have to collaborate and share. One of the problems is that the way this is done today can be cumbersome, error-prone and inefficient — we haven’t progressed much beyond phone calls and emails, until now. 43:14 Altium 365: ECAD-MCAD Collaboration Pretty much every printed circuit board assembly ends up in some kind of mechanical enclosure or fixed to a chassis, making collaboration between the ECAD and MCAD domains critical to success. People thought we were crazy when we changed the industry with a 3D PCB editor. Eventually, our competitors tried their best to duplicate this industry-first innovation. Product: Product Design Collaboration Altium 365 Webinars Workflow and Process Management CoDesign and CoEngineering (ECAD/MCAD Collaboration)

Whether customer designs are simple or complex, and your customers work solo or in a team, Altium has a solution for every engineer or enterprise. Altium offers three subscription levels, Standard, Pro and Enterprise.

The Standard subscription level is available for professional PCB designers and engineers to design PCBs with ease. The Pro subscription level provides incremental capability to teams or individuals designing electronic products who are looking for efficient ways to collaborate and manage their design, data and workflows. The third subscription level, Enterprise, provides organizations with capability to establish digital continuity and manage processes to help ensure product quality, faster time-to-market, and compliance.

In this video I’m going to review the key capabilities included with all three of Altium’s subscription levels.
