Transform BOM Reviews with Real-Time Supply Chain Intelligence and Collaboration

A Bill of Materials (BOM) is more than a list of components. It is the foundation for sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and product delivery. Yet many teams still rely on spreadsheets and disconnected processes to manage BOMs, making it difficult to track component availability, control costs, manage risks, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Join us for a deep dive into the Agile Teams BOM Portal and discover how engineering and procurement teams can work together using real-time supply chain intelligence, cost analysis, alternate component management, and collaborative BOM reviews. Learn how to identify risks earlier, make better sourcing decisions, and move from prototype to production with greater confidence.

Agenda

  1. BOM Challenges from Design to Production
  2. Supply Chain Visibility and Component Risk Analysis
  3. Managing Cost, Availability, Lifecycle Status, and Alternates
  4. Engineering and Procurement Collaboration
  5. Consolidated BOM Management and Live Demonstration
  6. Q&A

Who Should Attend?

  • PCB Designers, Electronics Engineers
  • Hardware Engineers, Procurement & Sourcing Specialists
  • Supply Chain Professionals, Engineering Managers
  • Product Development Teams, Manufacturing and Operations Teams
  • Anyone looking to improve BOM visibility, reduce component risks, and strengthen collaboration between engineering and procurement teams.

Key Takeaways

  • Gain visibility into component availability, pricing, lifecycle status, and supply chain risks.
  • Identify BOM issues early using BOM health monitoring and analysis
  • Evaluate and manage alternate components to improve supply resilience
  • Improve collaboration between engineering and procurement teams through a shared BOM environment
  • Consolidate BOMs across multiple projects to improve purchasing efficiency and cost control.
  • Build production-ready BOMs while reducing cost, risk, and delays
