From our vantage point at Octopart, it's been great to see growing interest from our user base in product lifecycle management (PLM) in parallel with a growing number of collaborations with cloud PLM software providers.

Today, we're excited to support the release of an Octopart add-on to Omnify Software's Empower PLM product. Empower users will be able to:

Quickly run a keyword search of the Octopart database within Empower
Access detailed part data, pricing and availability, and purchasing information
Automatically populate descriptions, attributes, and documents for parts
Easily determine which components meet environmental and other compliance guidelines
