What’s New in Altium Designer?
The newest enhancements in Altium Designer 22.9 include design reuse updates, a variant update, and an extension of commenting features:

Variant improvement in schematics - AD22.9 brings even more improvements to variant creation and management. New tools help streamline creation and management of design variants.

Add comments to your BOM - The much-loved commenting feature is now extended into .BomDoc files. Users can collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and even their assembly house to overcome sourcing challenges.

Reusable blocks support layout variants - Users can now assign multiple variants of PCB layouts to a single reusable block. A layout variant can be selected during placement in the schematic.
Update your copy of AD22 to the newest version to get access to these new features and much more. Navigate to the Updates page from the Extensions and Updates window to access the newest productivity features in Altium Designer.
